Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies, has no analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from other websites. It has no forms and no accounts.

Like any website, the server that hosts it keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these only to keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest, and they are deleted automatically after a short period.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and to deal with what you asked about. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or, if you are asking about becoming a customer, taking steps towards a contract at your request.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose, and normally no longer than two years after it ends, unless it becomes part of a customer relationship or we need it for a legal claim.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing. The companies that host this website and our email process it on our behalf, under contract, and only on our instructions. We would disclose information if the law required us to.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to ask us to restrict using it. Email us and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
